So let me get this straight—Jasmine Crockett, a sitting Congresswoman, expresses her (rightful) frustration with Elon Musk’s unchecked power, and suddenly Attorney General Pam Bondi, a Trump lackey, is warning her to “tread carefully”? Didn’t Trump call Vice President Kamala Harris a “bitch” with his whole chest? Didn’t Elon Musk joke about why there weren’t assassination attempts on both VP Harris and President Biden? The hypocrisy would be laughable if it weren’t so dangerous.
Let’s be clear: Black women are the backbone of democracy. We’ve been the ones fighting for justice, showing up at the polls, and leading movements for centuries. But now, under Trump’s second coming, this administration is making it clear that Black people—especially Black women—are in their crosshairs. Rolling back DEI programs, gutting civil rights protections, and dismantling the Department of Education? That’s not just policy; that’s an attack. They know exactly who THEY WANT TO suffer the most from these moves.
And here we are being told to watch what we say. Bondi’s veiled threat against Rep. Crockett is just another example of how this administration tries to silence Black voices while amplifying white billionaires like Musk. But let’s be real—this is about power. Musk has been raking in nearly a billion dollars in government contracts while dodging any real accountability, and Crockett had the audacity to call it out. Now, they’re trying to make an example out of her.
But let me tell you what’s not going to happen. We are not going to be provoked into riots or chaos. We see the game they’re playing. They want a reason to come down harder, to justify their attacks on Black activists, to paint us as the problem. But we know better. We hold the line. We strategize. We vote. And most importantly, we win.
So Pam Bondi, Elon Musk, and every other Trump minion trying to intimidate us—go ahead and FAFO. We’re not going anywhere.
