Thanks for explaining the reasons behind the Saturday 18th April boycott. I am going to share this post in my email newsletter that goes out Friday so that my readers are aware of the ongoing issue. Their safety is paramount.
Also I wanted to say (because I am AuDHD with very little concept of time, which may be the case for many other neurodivergent people partaking in the boycott!) that I am based in Aotearoa New Zealand and live in the future!
My timezone will be one of the first to live through the 18th April, so I will be online while others are boycotting, and offline before others are.
I guess that is just classic high masking over explaining..!
Then we must figure out who are how they keep popping up in the feeds. Sounds like witchcraft and sorcery is at play here. Like Bob Ross says we got to beat the devil out of it lol
I've been among the many who avoid posting about politics here, because politics can take over and crowd out the kind of deeply personal expression we came here for. We don't want our Substack Feeds to be like our Facebook Feeds.
But when the platform itself does things as wrong as this, the time has come for us to speak up. May what we say be all the more powerful for our previous constraint.

I didn't know he has an account here or that ot hit #1. I'm deleting my account here. He's banned on every other majistream platform except Twitter because Elon let him back on. I have no interest in financially supporting a company profiting from his hate.
